Here at Sharell Edwards Training and Development, our Mission is to help Educators to enhance their knowledge through individual and collaborative content. We are here to support you and to help you grow holistically.

Sharell Edwards is a Bahamian Wife, Mother, and Trained Educator holding a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design and Technology. She is a Graduate student with a concentration in Teaching and Learning with Emerging Technologies; Curriculum design. Sharell is a global educator with Technology Literacy competencies needed to provide a rich and custom learning experience. She is a Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator, Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, and a Microsoft Innovative Trainer (2013 - 2021).

Sharell was blessed with the opportunity to compete and win, on two separate occasions, in Microsoft in Education’s innovative lesson design competition against educators in the Caribbean and Latin American region.  She participated in the Microsoft in Education Educator’s Exchange in both Barcelona, Spain, and Budapest, Hungary.

Sharell conducted numerous training sessions both locally and internationally. Her accomplishments include presenter at the Future of Education Technology Conference in Orlando, Florida (2017), Teacher of the Year 2016-2018 at A F Adderley Junior High School, and Global Education Conference Network Advisory Board Member.  Her passion includes Teaching as a Ministry and helping Educators holistically.
